As part of Charterhouse Square infrastructure upgrade works the electrical power supply to JVSC is due to be upgraded. The works will involve removing two existing incoming (DNO) supplies and replacing with a single larger supply. The works will result in a more robust supply with spare capacity to serve future campus requirements.
The works will require two shut downs of the power supply to JVSC and Wolfson (Wolfson being fed from JVSC).
BCI IT will gracefully shutdown the IT infrastructure that is located in the Wolfson Building, which will result in some downtime for certain services listed here.
