    FileCloud access has now been restored fully.

    There were complex software bugs encountered after the system was upgraded to version 21.1. FileCloud support teams have now applied the fix, restoring all system functionalities.

    FileCloud service is currently down due to possible post-upgrade configuration error. We are working support teams who are investigating the issue.

    Dear FileCloud User,

    A further scheduled maintenance has been agreed with FileCloud Support in order to complete system upgrade.

    Maintenance Start: Friday 11/06/2021 @ 14:00

    Maintenance End: Friday 11/06/2021 @ 17:00

    Please be aware that FileCloud will not be available during this time.

    Unfortunately, the upgrade did not complete successfully on Friday so all the changes were reverted back.

    BCC IT are now liaising with FileCloud Support team to investigate the errors.

    In the meantime, FileCloud remains online and operational (as of Friday 18:00).
